Effective July 29, 2026 · iOS app · Operated by DL Studio
These terms govern your use of Impulse Court ("the Service"), an iOS app operated by DL Studio ("we").
You enter something you want to buy and its price. The Service converts that amount into other everyday purchases and presents fictional jury opinions and a verdict generated by AI, for entertainment. You may appeal a verdict, and you may share your trial so that other people can vote on it.
This is a comedy app. It is not financial advice, not a budgeting tool, and not a recommendation, brokerage, or planning service of any kind.
Core features are free. Google AdMob ads are shown to cover operating costs. Watching ads is never required to use core features, and every rewarded ad has a free alternative offered alongside it.
You may buy "Remove Ads" once as a non-consumable in-app purchase. Billing and refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policies; refund requests go to Apple. If you change devices or reinstall, use Restore Purchases in the app.
You must not:
When you share a trial, the item name and amount become visible to anyone with the link, and to the public if you opt in to the Gallery. You choose whether to share; you are responsible for what you enter.
We run an automatic filter for objectionable text. Every case in the Gallery can be reported, and its author blocked — blocked authors disappear from your Gallery immediately. We review reports within 24 hours and will hide or delete violating content without prior notice, and may restrict the author's access.
Jury opinions, verdicts, and conversions are AI-generated fiction or simple arithmetic, not statements of fact and not professional advice. The jurors, the bench, and the Supreme Justice are fictional characters and do not exist.
Reference prices used for conversions are point-in-time approximations and may differ from actual prices. Purchase decisions are entirely yours, and we are not liable for outcomes of decisions made in reliance on the Service.
We may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Shared trials are deleted automatically once the retention period in the Privacy Policy expires.
The Service is provided as entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from force majeure, your device environment, or third-party platforms (Apple, Google, Cloudflare).
